St. Joseph, MI Single Family Residence - 4,000 s.f. New Construction Project Description: This project consists of the design of a custom 4000 s.f., three bedroom, three bathroom summer cottage with wrap around porch, sun deck, exterior-interior fireplace, built-in exterior bathing area, and 2 1/2 story window wall looking west over Lake Michigan.






Ground Breaking set for August 1st, 2007 This site was cleared and the house staked in June 2007. The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality along with the local Community Planning Office have since approved our project. We break ground August 1st and look to have the project completed by Memorial Day 2008.
